1. Who Can Request Deletion
A request may be submitted by an account holder registered with an organization or company that uses Asset Command Center, or by the organization's HR/IT administrator on behalf of a user who has left or no longer needs access.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
After a request is approved and processed, we may delete or deactivate:
- the user's authentication account (email/login);
- the user profile (name, role, work unit, and preferences);
- the device's push notification token;
- session data and application access credentials.
3. Data That May Be Retained
Some operational data already recorded under a user's name may be retained by the organization for audits, maintenance reporting, asset history, or legal obligations, such as:
- submitted tickets, fault reports, or checklists;
- approval, inspection, or maintenance activity history;
- system logs needed for security and incident investigation.
Where necessary, personal identity information in historical records may be anonymized, for example by replacing it with "Deactivated user") without deleting the operational record needed by the organization.
4. How to Submit a Request
Choose one of the following methods:
- Through your organization’s administrator (recommended): contact your company's administrator or HR team responsible for Asset Command Center users. The administrator can deactivate or delete the account from the user management panel.
- Directly through PT YELCO ART MEDIA: send an email to yelco.artmedia@gmail.com with the subject Asset Command Center Data Deletion Request and include:
- full name;
- registered account email;
- organization/company name;
- a summary of the data to be deleted (full account / profile data / notification token);
- reason for the request (optional).
- Contact form: submit a request through the Contact us page with the request type "Account data deletion request."
5. Processing Time
Requests are verified within 7 business days. Account deletion or deactivation is usually completed within 30 days after the requester's identity and authority are confirmed. If your organization must approve the request first, processing time may follow the company's internal policy.
6. After Deletion
- You will no longer be able to log in to the application with that account.
- Push notifications to the associated device will stop.
- Historical operational data may remain in the organization's system as described in section 3 above.
